Job Description: 
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Mystery Shopping Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mystery shopping projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our international team. While previous experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and we welcome individuals with a passion for project management and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources, including mystery shoppers and support staff, to execute project tasks effectively.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, mystery shopping, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
• Availability to work part-time hours on a freelance basis, with flexibility to accommodate project deadlines and requirements.
